Important Info (Please Read Before Ordering)

Delivery Information

Magic Water Babies are ready stock items but do expect 2-5 working days for us to pack your orders before we send it out! All colours are made to order so do be patient with us while we prepare your boxes. *For promotional periods, a longer waiting time might be required depending on the demand.

 Items purchased will only be sent out via courier. We do not provide self collection at the moment.

We do provide free postage for orders above $50 (not applicable with other ongoing promotions) with code <FreeShipping> upon checkout. Due to the weight of Party Favours, there will be an additional $5.90 charged for delivery.

 Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Seller is also not liable for any delay or damage of goods due to the fault of the courier company.

Other preorder items will take about 12 days or more to be ready unless if stated as ready stocks.  (Some bulkier items will need a longer waiting time and will be indicated in the listing page) Please purchase only if you are able to wait!

If you would like to add orders after a previous order (and has not been shipped out to you), you can email us at hello@lovinglyyours.sg to add on your order without paying the additional postage cost.
In the event that your order consists of a mixture of items of differing waiting time, the entire order will be shipped as a single order when all items have arrived. Do email us at hello@lovinglyyours.sg if you would like to receive the items separately so that we can process the orders for you.

Selection of Delivery Date In Decemeber

For Xmas orders in December, you can select the delivery date to be delivered just before Xmas. Do note that the courier might deliver earlier or later (1-3 days) than the selected delivery date depending on the courier company. If there is a strict specific date you would like to be delivered, please inform us at hello@lovinglyyours.sg.

In the event that the parcel is not received after 3 failed attempts of delivery (standard courier),  the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer will be charged for a re-delivery.
New items will be updated everyday. If you would like to add on to your existing order (which has not be sent out), please email us at hello@lovinglyyours.sg

The status of your orders will be changed to 'fulfilled' when the shipping invoice has been printed. You can expect to receive it within 1-3 days upon receiving the email.

Payment Methods

Payment will be through Shopify Pay using any credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

All our items are non exchangeable or returnable.

For any defects or missing items, please reach us within 3 days upon receiving the parcel at hello@lovinglyyours.sg.

 

Other Information

Packaging may come in different forms - either in boxes or bubble wrap (for items with irregular shapes). If you need special packaging for gifting, please reach us to enquire on the rates. Gift wrapping is available at $5 for each parcel. Kindly email us at hello@lovinglyyours.sg if you require wrapping services.

All orders are final and we are unable to cancel any order that has been confirmed, including the deposit for securing of slots for Party favours.
